We invest significantly in artificial intelligence (AI), exploring its potential to develop innovative solutions and improve our products and services.We are looking for a **Functional Analyst** to support the development of innovative Platform projects, with the goal of maximizing product value, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving business objectives in a fast-evolving environment.In particular, you will be responsible for:* Work with APIs to support integration, testing and validation of system functionalities.* Use tools such as Postman to design, execute and document API tests.* Perform end-to-end testing to ensure the reliability and quality of platform solutions while contributing to the automated testing processes to improve efficiency.* Design and execute AI output validation frameworks, define acceptance criteria for AI-generated results, assess correctness, consistency and edge-case behavior across model versions and prompt changes* Build and maintain adversarial test datasets and evaluation benchmarks for AI-driven features, including hallucination detection, boundary case coverage and regression suites.* At least 2-3 years of experience as functional analyst in a tech environment* Solid understanding of APIs and related tools (e.g., Postman)* Experience with end-to-end testing and test automation practices* Experience with defining acceptance criteria and evaluating AI-generated outputs, including designing test datasets, benchmarks, edge-case validation, hallucination detection and regression testing for AI/ML features* Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail* Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level)Skills are important, but they are not enough.
