We invest significantly in artificial intelligence (AI), exploring its potential to develop innovative solutions and improve our products and services.Join an agile team where you can enhance your technical skills by participating in challenging and scalable projects in the field of software development.In a fast-paced development environment focused on growth and innovation, you will be responsible for translating requirements into code to create, improve and maintain high-quality software.In particular, you will:* Design, develop and maintain Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, managing the full identity lifecycle (onboarding, role changes, offboarding);* Implement and configure authentication, authorization, SSO and MFA, using standard security protocols (OAuth 2.0 and/or SAML);* Integrate internal and external applications with the IAM platform through REST APIs, collaborating closely with application teams;* Develop and customize IAM components, contributing to the automation and continuous improvement of access management processes.* At least 5 years of professional experience, with proven hands-on experience in the IAM (Identity & Access Management) domain;* Hands-on experience with at least one authentication platform among: Okta, Auth0, Keycloak, Entra ID (Azure AD), Duende or similars;* Knowledge and practical use of security protocols, in particular at least one of OAuth 2.0 or SAML;* Knowledge of at least one of the following development stacks: Java (Spring Framework) or .NET;* Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level);* Proven experience using modern AI coding assistants effectively;* Experience in the authorization domain, particularly in policy definition and knowledge of OPA (Open Policy Agent), will be considered a plus.**growth mindset** and their ability to turn challenges into opportunities.• **ENTREPRENEURSHIP** - is the engine that drives us to excel, innovate and challenge ourselves for our own success and that of our company.
