Hiring Range: $72,500.00 – $90,600.00 (Functional Analyst) / $89,100.00 – $113,700.00 (Lead Functional Analyst)
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for SAP Security/GRC, including user access controls and configuration.
- Act as subject‑matter expert for SAP Security, SAP ECC, CRM, BW, Fiori, and SuccessFactors modules.
- Coordinate with SAP functional teams to design, implement, and govern the SAP security framework.
- Assist with annual audits, documentation, and testing of SAP processes.
- Develop and maintain system solution design documents and testing documentation.
- Support testing of SAP modifications, fixes, and new releases, including creation of test cases and defect tracking.
- Provide training and support to process owners, end users, and power users.
- Serve as a corporate point of contact for SAP Security/GRC issues and for escalation to senior staff.
- Maintain global security profiles, segmentation of duties, and system controls.
- Participate in emergency response activities as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge of SAP Security/GRC, SAP ECC, CRM, BW, Fiori, and SuccessFactors.
- Experience with SAP user access controls, role design, and segregation of duties.
- Strong understanding of database management, security concepts, and SAP table structures.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation.
- Experience in testing, scripting, and troubleshooting SAP processes.
- 1–2 years of ERP business process experience and 1–2 years of SAP solution experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred/Advanced Qualifications
- Advanced SAP Security and GRC knowledge, including OS/400, ABAP, and security best practices.
- Experience with ISO/IEC 27001, SOX, and audit requirements.
- Proficiency in scripting (ABAP, shell, SQL) and familiarity with SDLC.
- Background in utility industry or similar complex systems.
