Job summary

Zantech, a Woman Owned Small Business, is seeking a talented Functional Analyst to support the DLA Disposition Integration Web program on-site in Arlington, VA. The role translates business needs into testable specifications and bridges the PMO and development teams.

You will perform requirements analysis, create test plans, conduct various testing types, and assist in configuration management. The position emphasizes on-time, defect-free releases for DoD property disposition and compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant functional/business analysis experience.
• Experience with WBS/POA&M development, tracking and on-time execution.
• Experience with software testing types and test plan mapping.
• Documentation of FS using agency templates and naming conventions.
• CM planning documentation and participation in CCBs.
• Gathering functional, technical, and interface requirements.
• Cost estimating support for customer requirements.
• Coordination with system/database admins on production issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication with government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements; allocate tasks.
• Participate in WBS/POA&M development and execution; meet deadlines or obtain approvals.
• Perform initial testing and upgrade/maintenance testing prior to go-live.
• Conduct performance, regression, stress, and integration testing; report results.
• Identify and resolve issues found during development testing in the test region.
• Develop Test Plans mapped to Functional Specifications with positive/negative conditions.
• Assist Government in updating Functional Specifications using templates.
• Assist Government PMO with CM planning and CM Board support.
• Gather requirements and ensure changes reflected in final design.
• Coordinate with system/database admins to resolve production issues and recovery.
