Job summary

Zantech, a dynamic Woman Owned Small Business, seeks a Financial Analyst to support DoD budgeting and financial management for the upcoming Service Delivery & Resource Allocation Management project. The role is onsite in Arlington, VA, requiring TS clearance and strong DoD financial process knowledge.

Key duties include routing MIPRs/PRs, preparing budgets and performance reports, and ensuring 99% budget calculation accuracy under dynamic requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CDFM (Certified Defense Financial Manager) or DAU FM coursework preferred
• Active US Top Secret clearance; SCI eligibility required
• US Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Generate and route MIPRs and PRs with attachments for front office and up to 14 PMs
• Develop and deliver program plans and quarterly review documentation
• Produce and deliver office and program budgets
• Deliver monthly financial execution reports (forecasts, commitments, obligations, expenditures)
• Manage travel budget for ~30 government personnel
• Prepare and submit RDocs
• Generate custom ad hoc financial reports on request
