Job summary

Zantech is seeking a Mid-Level Operations Analyst for an on-site role in Arlington, VA. This position involves supporting project management and resource allocation tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial and program management, excellent problem-solving abilities, and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and a Master’s is preferred. This role also requires US citizenship and an active TS clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience, including at least 3 in DoD or R&D.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability on program management challenges.
• Experience with DoD acquisition processes and high-visibility deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Manage preparations for DIRO Program Reviews with 98% accuracy.
• Track and coordinate taskers, drills, and exercises.
• Manage acquisition communications between DARPA PMs and OGC.
