Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 Helpdesk Analytic support for Momentum (UFMS) and FIRST system applications; diagnose user issues and communicate resolutions.
• Provide specialized support and expertise in Vendor Management, Security/User access, and G-invoicing.
• Responsible for System and Regression Testing of UFMS and FIRST apps.
• Serve as a Systems analyst for FIRST enhancements (requirements analysis, working with customers and developers, testing).
• Update user documentation.

Job description

One Federal Solution is seeking an experienced Functional Analyst to provide Tier 2 application support, systems analysis, testing, and functional expertise for Momentum (UFMS) and FIRST system applications. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, experience working with end users and development teams, and a solid understanding of federal financial management systems.

The Functional Analyst will support application operations, enhancements, testing, documentation, and specialized functional areas while working closely with customers, users, and technical teams to identify issues and deliver effective solutions.

Primary Job Duties

• Individual will serve and provide Tier 2 Helpdesk Analytic support for Momentum (UFMS) and FIRST system applications – extensive troubleshooting of user issues, communicating resolutions, trends etc.
• Provides specialized support & expertise in the areas of Vendor Management, Security/User access, and G-invoicing
• Candidate will be responsible for System and Regression Testing of the UFMS and FIRST apps
• Serve as a Systems analyst for FIRST enhancements (requirements analysis, working with customers and developers, testing)
• Candidate will update user documentation

Job Requirements

• Candidate must have prior experience with Momentum (UFMS) and FIRST.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required
• 5+ years of progressive work experience is required
