Emler Swim and Gymnastic Schools in Wisconsin is seeking a swim instructor to teach safe, enjoyable lessons and help children thrive in the water. You’ll learn our proven methods from a mentor and gain confidence while engaging parents and students.

Set shifts include evenings and weekends, with paid training for those new to the role. This is a hands-on, active position designed for students or part-timers with a passion for water safety.

Qualifications

• Must love working with kids and bring positive energy.
• Reliable, safety-minded and professional with great communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends on a set schedule.

Responsibilities

• Training with an experienced mentor to learn our swim instruction methods.
• Teaching weekly lessons and cheering on student milestones.
• Creating positive, trusting relationships with students and parents.
• Keeping safety a top priority for everyone in and around the pool.
• Active in the water and on your feet in this role.
• Teaching classes for kids aged 6 months to 12 years.
