Job summary

Emler Swim & Gym in Madison, WI is seeking a friendly Swim Instructor to teach life-saving water safety and make lessons fun for kids aged 6 months to 12 years. You will work with a mentor, run weekly classes, and build strong relationships with families while keeping safety at the forefront.

No experience? No problem — paid training, set evening and weekend shifts, and opportunities to grow into a mentor or lead role are included.

Qualifications

• Must love working with kids and bring positive energy.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and professional with great communication skills.
• Able to work evenings and weekends on a set schedule.
• Comfortable in the water and active on your feet.
• Previous teaching or swim experience is a plus but not required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Training with a mentor to learn swim instruction methods.
