Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Technician to maintain the games, equipment, and facility, ensuring safety and quality. You will perform electrical, mechanical, and technical work, troubleshoot arcade games, and keep inventories organized.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, ability to work with tools, and willingness to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Paid on-the-job training is provided to build skills in electronics, hydraulics, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Team player mindset is essential.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to learn and use multiple systems supporting the business.
• Basic knowledge of electronics, mechanics and hydraulics.
• OSHA safety practices and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, and technical maintenance work.
• Troubleshoot repairs on games, tellers, pinsetters, and related equipment.
• Disassemble, replace, and repair mechanical and electrical components.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Order supplies and maintain organized shop.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in shop and facility.
• Greet guests and act as a FUN ambassador.
