Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join a nationally recognized civil defense firm in a remote role across the United States, pending NY Bar admission. You will handle depositions, court appearances, and motions while advising clients on strategy and risk management.

Draft pleadings and discovery, collaborate with partners, and contribute to delivering exceptional client service in a dynamic practice area spanning construction, torts, and employment litigation.

Qualifications

• Active New York Bar admission is required.
• Experience in general defense and labor law is preferred.
• Strong deposition, court appearances, and drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle depositions, court appearances, and motion practice in state and federal courts.
• Advise clients on strategy, risk management, and insurance issues.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents with precision.
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategies and deliver exceptional client service.
