Job summary

Commonwealth Credit Union is seeking a Member Engagement Representative to handle inbound and outbound member communications and provide informed responses to inquiries. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service while safeguarding member information.

You will build relationships with both internal and external members, promote our products and services, and support referrals for memberships, accounts, and loans.

Responsibilities

• Staying readily available for incoming communications.
• Following established guidelines to protect the security of our members' information.
• Proficiently using software for communication tracking and member documentation and follow up.
• Establishing relationships with internal and external members and striving to provide exceptional service.
• Meeting Credit Union standard for referring new memberships, checking accounts and loans.
• Displaying knowledge of products and services and offering recommendations to members to meet their financial needs.
• Some Saturday hours are required.
