• Participates in external audits or assessments; tracks and monitors requests.
• Investigates and quantifies impact and risk from problems or improvements identified.
• Documents and reports audit results and remediation verification.
• Documents problems, exceptions, or opportunities for improvement to other departments.
• Maintains documents and records per retention policies and audit standards.
• Participates in evaluating and improving audit criteria and procedures; tracks dashboards.
