Responsibilities

• Verify health insurance coverage, benefits and eligibility before scheduling.
• Initiate outreach to parents/guardians to introduce Chrysalis Health.
• Coordinate referrals with Intake Supervisor.
• Enter client information into Microsoft Access Database and eCR accurately.
• Handle clerical duties and respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Manage high call volumes and assist referral sources and clients.

Hourly Compensation: $16.00 + Up to $14,00.00 Bonus + Benefits + PTO

Key Responsibilities:

• Health Insurance Verification: Verify prospective clients' health insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility prior to scheduling appointments.
• Client Outreach: Initiate contact with parents/guardians to introduce Chrysalis Health services.
• Referral Coordination: Work with the Intake Supervisor to initiate assessments for interested clients.
• Data Management: Accurately enter client information into Microsoft Access Database and eCR.
• Administrative Support: Handle clerical duties, including filing referrals, copying intake packets, and processing incoming mail.
• Phone Communication: Manage high call volumes, assisting referral sources and clients efficiently.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, respond to inquiries within 24 hours, and ensure compliance with all organizational policies.
• Collaboration & Compassion: Work effectively with diverse populations, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to professionally communicate in Spanish
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Previous administrative experience preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Compliance Requirements:
• Successfully pass all annual criminal background checks
• Maintain a valid state driver’s license with required insurance coverage
• Safe driving record with no more than six points on MVR
