Leoforce is seeking a Fully Remote Insurance Defense Attorney based in Northern California to handle a demanding caseload and provide strategic defense for complex insurance matters. The role requires a JD, CA Bar admission, and at least 5 years in insurance defense litigation.

You will represent clients in court, conduct depositions, and collaborate with a team to develop effective defense strategies while staying current with evolving regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the California State Bar.
• 5+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Experience in trial advocacy, depositions, civil litigation, and professional liability.
• Strong negotiation, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of complex insurance defense cases.
