Back to Basics Learning Dynamics is seeking a certified high school mathematics teacher for a fully remote role for the 2026-2027 school year. The position requires teaching Algebra 2, Geometry, and PreCalculus to approximately 25-27 students, with daily 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

EDT availability and a 30–35 hour work week. The curriculum is provided and collaboration with another virtual teacher is expected. A Bachelor’s degree and state certification are required, along with strong written

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of classroom teaching experience at the high school level.
• Minimum of 2 years of remote/virtual teaching experience.
• Expertise teaching Algebra 2, Geometry, and PreCalculus; 4 class periods per day with paid planning period.

Responsibilities

• Teach Algebra 2, Geometry, and PreCalculus in a fully remote setting.
• Collaborate with another virtual teacher for course content.
• Document lessons, monitor student progress, and grade assignments; communicate with parents regularly.
• Deliver daytime instruction 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. EDT, Monday–Friday.
