You will help clients understand life, supplemental health, and accident insurance products while creating a professional, informative, and supportive experience.

We provide warm leads, comprehensive training, daily mentorship, and ongoing support so you can focus on serving clients and growing your career.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients through company-provided warm leads
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations
• Ask questions to understand client needs and priorities
• Explain insurance products, benefits, and available coverage options

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
