Job summary

Decentralized Masters is looking for an Affiliate & Partnerships Coordinator to run the day-to-day affiliate and partnership program. You’ll set up tracking, keep placements current, run compliance checks, and produce weekly reports. Collaboration with the Head of Partnerships ensures smooth operation and steady program growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running partnerships or affiliate programs.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance data.
• Attention to compliance, reporting, and copy editing.
• Clear written communication and ability to edit partner copy.
• Ability to own a recurring workflow without hand-holding.

Responsibilities

• Set up tracking links and offers in Everflow; ensure attribution fires end to end.
• Manage and update partner copy, offers, and assets across partners.
• Coordinate creator, influencer, and media partnerships; brief and hand over tracking links.
• Perform compliance checks against guardrails before campaigns go live.
• Produce weekly performance reports and surface actionable insights.
• Analyze spend, ROAS, CPA and conversions; flag issues and opportunities.
