Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. We’re seeking LMFTs, LICSWs, or LMHCs who can deliver telehealth sessions as independent contractors with full scheduling autonomy.

You will receive prompt credentialing support, flexible client load management, and comprehensive administrative support including billing and EHR. In-person sessions add a regional pay bump, with no minimum caseloads.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC in Washington.
• Valid NPI number is required.
• Ability to provide telehealth services.

About Rula Rula is a comprehensive behavioral health solution that works with a network of licensed clinicians to deliver high-quality care to individuals, couples, and families. By taking care of all the new client marketing and administrative heavy-lifting, we allow providers at Rula to focus on what they do best; helping clients get better. We are expanding our network of licensed providers in Washington. Providers in the Rula network are 1099 contractors, have no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy.

Compensation Details

• LMHC: $80 per hourly session (53-minutes)
• Guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit
• Payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, & denied claims

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth
