Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers to offer telehealth behavioral health services in Washington. The LMHC role is contract-based, with sessions paid at $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) and biweekly direct deposit. In-person session bonuses and full admin support are provided by Rula.

Providers control their schedule, receive fast credentialing assistance, and gain access to client referrals as part of a growing therapist community. Flexible hours and autonomy are emphasized.

By taking care of all the new client marketing and administrative heavy-lifting, we allow providers at Rula to focus on what they do best; helping clients get better. We are expanding our network of licensed providers in Washington. Providers in the Rula network are 1099 contractors, have no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy.

Compensation Details

• LMHC: $80 per hourly session (53-minutes)
• Guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit
• Payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, & denied claims

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth
