Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians and is seeking Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), LMFT, or LICSW to join as 1099 contractors delivering telehealth sessions. Providers set their own schedule and see clients via our platform, with care coordination handled by Rula.

You'll benefit from fast credentialing, guaranteed no-show protections, and robust admin support handling billing and claims so you can focus on delivering therapy and documenting notes.

• Must hold LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC licensure.

About Rula Rula is a comprehensive behavioral health solution that works with a network of licensed clinicians to deliver high-quality care to individuals, couples, and families. By taking care of all the new client marketing and administrative heavy-lifting, we allow providers at Rula to focus on what they do best; helping clients get better. We are expanding our network of licensed providers in Washington. Providers in the Rula network are 1099 contractors, have no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy.

Compensation Details

• LMHC: $80 per hourly session (53-minutes)
• Guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit
• Payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, & denied claims

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth
