Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers and offers LMHC/Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist options as 1099 contractors. Providers have full schedule autonomy, no minimum caseloads, and are paid per hourly session with insurance processing handled by Rula.

Contractors can work remotely with telehealth offerings and receive biweekly payments, plus referral-driven client flow and administrative support. Washington licensure is required to join the network.

About Rula Rula is a comprehensive behavioral health solution that works with a network of licensed clinicians to deliver high-quality care to individuals, couples, and families. By taking care of all the new client marketing and administrative heavy-lifting, we allow providers at Rula to focus on what they do best; helping clients get better. We are expanding our network of licensed providers in Washington. Providers in the Rula network are 1099 contractors, have no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy.

Compensation Details

• LMHC: $80 per hourly session (53-minutes)
• Guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit
• Payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, & denied claims

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

• Must be able to provide telehealth
