Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed behavioral health clinicians. This role offers 1099 contract work with flexible scheduling and full autonomy over your calendar.

Providers can see clients remotely via telehealth and receive care-team support to minimize administrative burden. Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit, no-shows/late cancellations/denied claims protection, and access to referrals and admin support.

About Rula Rula is a comprehensive behavioral health solution that works with a network of licensed clinicians to deliver high-quality care to individuals, couples, and families. By taking care of all the new client marketing and administrative heavy-lifting, we allow providers at Rula to focus on what they do best; helping clients get better. We are expanding our network of licensed providers in Washington. Providers in the Rula network are 1099 contractors, have no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy.

Compensation Details

• LMHC: $80 per hourly session (53-minutes)
• Guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit
• Payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, & denied claims

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth
