Rula seeks licensed behavioral health professionals to provide telehealth LMHC/LICSW/LMFT sessions in Washington. As a 1099 contractor, you control your schedule and choose how many clients to see.

Rula handles billing, insurance, and administrative tasks, while you focus on delivering high-quality care. Providers enjoy flexible scheduling, no minimum caseloads, and a supportive network with access to client referrals.

Formación

• Must be licensed as LMHC, LICSW or LMFT in Washington state.
• Valid NPI number is required.
• Licensure in Washington state is mandatory.
• Ability to provide telehealth sessions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide telehealth LMHC sessions to WA clients.
• Maintain patient notes and documentation in the EHR.
• Coordinate with Rula administration for scheduling, billing, and insurance processing.
• Engage with clients to deliver high-quality behavioral health care.

About Rula Rula is a comprehensive behavioral health solution that works with a network of licensed clinicians to deliver high-quality care to individuals, couples, and families. By taking care of all the new client marketing and administrative heavy-lifting, we allow providers at Rula to focus on what they do best; helping clients get better. We are expanding our network of licensed providers in Washington. Providers in the Rula network are 1099 contractors, have no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy.

Compensation Details

• LMHC: $80 per hourly session (53-minutes)
• Guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit
• Payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, & denied claims

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth
