Job Summary: The Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.

Pay: $20.65 per hour. The listed pay is the hourly rate; actual offer may vary based on experience, skills, location, and market data.

Shift: Sunday - Tuesday 4:00pm-3:30am; Wednesday 4:00pm - 11:00pm.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and equipment to prevent damage
• Notify management of repairs or system issues
• Maintain effective communication with clients and team members
• Comply with safety, security, and quality standards
• Clean furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, and equipment
• Move furniture and equipment as needed for cleaning
• Clean interior glass, windows, and mirrors
• Wash and replace blinds
• Empty trash bins
• Perform seasonal tasks like snow removal or lawn care
• Clean and service restrooms and food areas

This role is suitable for individuals entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. ABM is veteran-friendly; military experience is encouraged.
