First Fitness Management, a fitness industry leader in the creation of fitness and wellness solutions for corporations and institutions, is looking for a dynamic and passionate Fitness Specialist to work at a corporate fitness center in Boston.

As the Fitness Specialist you will:

1. Change members' lives through safe and effective exercise programming.
2. Train clients and lead a variety of small group training programs.
3. Develop and lead a variety of group fitness classes.
4. Assist the Manager in operating the club and take a leadership role when the Manager is not on site.
5. Maintain positive customer and client experience by providing the highest quality of service.
6. Work full-time in a fun environment.

1. An enthusiasm and passion for life, fitness, and making a difference in the lives of others.
2. Experience teaching a variety of group fitness classes.
3. Personal Training certification by a FFM authorized provider.
4. Understanding of exercise prescriptions and testing.
5. A commitment to providing a positive customer and client experience by providing the highest quality of service.
6. Experience in networking, engaging, and interacting with all clients, guests, and members.
7. Proficiency in using a computer.
8. BA/BS degree (in a fitness-related field preferred).
9. CPR/AED certification.
