Soccer Shots - Chattanooga is seeking a dedicated coach to lead engaging soccer sessions for children aged 2–8. Responsibilities include creating positive experiences, being reliable, and coaching a significant number of sessions weekly. The ideal candidate has experience with children, a reliable car, and must pass a background check.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead 30–45 minute soccer sessions for children aged 2–8.
• Create an engaging experience for each child.
• Arrive reliably on time for every scheduled location.
• Coach a minimum of 30–35 sessions per week during the season.
• Coaching Saturday mornings is required.
• Handle administrative tasks to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead 30‑45 minute soccer sessions for children 2‑8 years old at schools, parks, and public spaces.
• Create an awesome experience for each child and lead sessions with enthusiasm, responsibility, and love for children and soccer.
• Remain reliable, arriving on time to every scheduled location each week.
• Coach a minimum of 30‑35 sessions per week during season; seasons occur 40+ weeks per year.
• Coaching Saturday mornings is required.
• Take initiative with administrative tasks to continue to scale and grow the business when not coaching.
• Coach as a full‑time coach for at least one year.
