Job summary

ATvantage LLC is looking for a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) for a full-time high school setting in the Greater Phoenix area. You’ll provide on-site care, implement injury prevention programs, and oversee return-to-play decisions in partnership with physicians, coaches, and families.

The position offers a stable W-2 salary, full benefits, and a supportive leadership network within a local school community. No clinic hours required; summers and breaks off.

Qualifications

• BOC Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) in good standing.
• Licensed in the state of AZ.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Completed Mandated Reporter Training (or willing to complete on hire).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate athletic injuries for local high school student-athletes.
• Design and execute proactive injury prevention programs.
• Direct the return-to-play process in collaboration with physicians, coaches and parents.
• Manage on-campus coverage for scheduled practices and home events.
• Maintain seamless digital medical documentation to track athlete progress.

Compensation: $5,600/month (Full-Time, Salaried + Full Benefits)
