Job summary

ATvantage LLC seeks a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) for a High School setting in the Greater Phoenix area. This full-time, on-site role focuses on on-site care with minimal travel, summers and breaks off, and a supportive leadership network.

You’ll work with local student-athletes and school staff to maintain safe, effective athletic participation. The compensation is a solid $5,600 per month as a salaried W-2 employee, with full medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• BOC Certification as ATC in good standing
• AZ state license to practice
• CPR/AED certification current
• Mandated Reporter Training completed or willingness to complete it on hire
• Desire to work in a supportive HS athletic program

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate athletic injuries for local high school student-athletes.
• Design and execute proactive injury prevention programs.
• Direct the return-to-play process with physicians, coaches, and parents.
• Manage on-campus coverage for scheduled practices and home athletic events.
• Maintain seamless digital medical documentation to track athlete progress

Compensation: $5,600/month (Full-Time, Salaried + Full Benefits)
