Job summary

ATvantage Athletic Training in the Greater Phoenix Area (Phoenix West Valley, AZ) is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) for a high school setting. This full-time role offers a stable schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will evaluate and treat student-athletes, design injury prevention programs, and oversee return-to-play with clinicians and coaches. AZ licensure, BOC ATC, CPR/AED, and mandated reporter training are required. Summers and breaks are off.

Qualifications

• BOC-registered ATC in good standing.
• Licensed to practice in Arizona.
• CPR/AED certification maintained.
• Willingness to complete Mandated Reporter Training.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate athletic injuries for high school student-athletes.
• Design and execute proactive injury prevention programs.
• Direct the return-to-play process with physicians, coaches, and parents.
• Manage on-campus coverage for practices and home events.
• Maintain seamless digital medical documentation to track athlete progress.

Compensation: $5,600/month (Full-Time, Salaried + Full Benefits)
