Job summary

Cromatic is hiring a full-stack engineer to ship end-to-end features and own parts of the product. You will build AI-enabled capabilities, including LLM pipelines and embeddings, while handling real-time data from diverse sources.

You will talk to customers to translate problems into practical solutions and contribute across a small, cross-functional team. Ideal candidates have strong full-stack experience with NodeJS, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, React, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS, and a solid grasp of

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in full stack software development, with emphasis on NodeJS, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, React, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS.
• Strong understanding of ML concepts (LLMs, model training, finetuning, embeddings).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, cross-functional team.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with or ability to learn fast about the biotech / pharma space.
