Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a hands-on engineer to ship real features end to end, spanning a Python backend and a React frontend. You will work on AI-native, non-deterministic systems in a fast-moving environment, with a focus on reliability, observability, and durable workflow engines.

You will build orchestration backends and a trustworthy console, contributing to multi-tenant SaaS in aerospace/defense/discrete manufacturing contexts.

Responsibilities

• Ship end-to-end features from tool/MCP to React console.
