Dispatch, a fintech-focused data orchestration startup, is seeking a fullstack engineer to own end-to-end product delivery across frontend and backend.

You will build user-facing workflows with React and TypeScript and implement APIs using Node.js, Fastify, Golang and PostgreSQL.

Qualifications

• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-directed with ability to own features end-to-end.
• Strong problem-solving and frontend/backend fundamentals.
• Experience building SaaS or fintech products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of product workflows across frontend and backend.
• Develop user-facing workflows with React/TypeScript and APIs with Node.js/Fastify/Golang.
• Build and maintain reliable APIs and data syncing services across systems.
• Write well-tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and other engineers to break down requirements.
• Debug and resolve production issues to ensure system reliability.
