About the Role

On the forefront of Kunai’s recent efforts is building a suite of next-generation automation platforms and tools that will be instrumental in enabling repeatability, stability, and quality across multiple development teams globally. In this role, you’ll work on a SCRUM team building and integrating platforms impacting Data & Machine Learning processes, Application Development and Deployment, Test Automation, and more.

We are looking for someone with:

1. 7+ years of production-level development experience using Java, Scala, Python, or Go
2. Proficiency in Python and/or Shell scripting for automation
3. 5+ years of experience with public cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
4. 5+ years of experience with container orchestration tools like EKS, ECS, or similar
5. A proven track record of building or designing resilient, production-ready systems
6. Light experience with UI development for tooling or internal purposes, e.g., React or Angular

Nice-to-haves:

• SRE experience, including bridge calls and chaos testing
• Experience with observability tools or Open Telemetry
