Job summary

Addepar is looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to join their Core Application Workflows team. This role involves maintaining and evolving critical services within a financial data ecosystem, while helping to modernize the architecture.

You will be responsible for building user experiences, powerful APIs, and sophisticated tools that support Financial Advisors and Wealth Managers globally. The ideal candidate has strong programming skills and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field of study or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in programming languages, with a preference for Java.
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, OLAP, or data lake architectures.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a high-performing, cross-functional team.
• Own features, work alongside and learn from senior engineers.
• Document software functionality and design.

Skills

Proficient in programming languages (Java preferred)

Familiarity with front-end frameworks (Ember, Svelte)

Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL)

Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
