Job summary

Valtech is seeking a freelance Fullstack Engineer for a 7-month project in the United States. Starting as soon as possible, the role is full-time and focused on delivering experience-driven web solutions using Contentful, React, TypeScript and Next.js.

You will design Contentful content models, build and consume APIs (REST/GraphQL), develop front-end features, and collaborate with designers, architects and clients in an agile environment to create scalable, accessible digital experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on full-stack engineering experience.
• Hands-on Contentful experience and content modeling.
• Strong React, TypeScript, and Next.js skills.
• Experience building/rest APIs (REST/GraphQL).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Contentful content models.
• Build and consume Contentful delivery APIs (Content Delivery, Preview, GraphQL).
• Develop front-end features using TypeScript, React and Next.js.
• Design and build integrations between Contentful and other client systems.
• Collaborate with designers, architects and clients in agile environments.
• Participate in story refinement, estimation and code reviews.
• Write clean, tested, and well-documented code with focus on performance, accessibility, and security.
