The Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our small but mighty engineering team. You’ll be responsible for building and scaling the systems behind our consumer-facing web and mobile apps, internal tools, and backend infrastructure.

This isn’t just a code-monkey role. You’ll help shape the product, drive architectural decisions, and work cross-functionally with design, product, and operations to build the future of consumer credit.

What You’ll Do

Design and implement features across the stack: from dynamic React-based dashboards to scalable Kotlin backend services

Build, maintain, and improve mini-apps that power use cases like automated budgeting, virtual card controls, and smart auto-pay

Work on APIs that power mobile and web clients, with a focus on speed, security, and clarity

Collaborate with data and AI teams to deliver natural language insights and automation

Integrate deeply with payment processors and financial data providers using protocols like ISO 8583, NACHA, and OFX

Enhance our infrastructure (AWS, ECS, RDS, S3, CloudWatch) to be scalable, secure, and developer-friendly

Contribute to a culture of clean code, rigorous testing, and thoughtful documentation

You Might Be a Fit If You

Have 3–7 years of experience working on modern full stack applications

Are fluent in Kotlin (or Java) and React (or other modern JS frameworks)

Have experience with relational databases like MySQL or Postgres—and ideally JSON field querying and indexing

Are comfortable working in AWS environments and have experience with CI/CD, ECS, and serverless architectures

Take ownership of what you build and care deeply about end users

Value transparency, trust, and building with long-term outcomes in mind

Want to work on something that matters—something people use and talk about

Bonus Points

Experience with fintech, card issuing, or ISO 8583 parsing

Worked on apps that integrate AI or natural language interfaces

Familiarity with security best practices in financial systems

Contributions to open source or developer tools
