Full Stack Developer (React + PHP)

As a Full Stack Developer, you will primarily focus on building dynamic and responsive web applications using React.js while integrating with backend services built in PHP (Laravel/Lumen). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable, high-performance applications that enhance user experience.

To excel in this role, you should have strong frontend development skills, a solid understanding of backend fundamentals, and a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain React.js applications with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Build reusable UI components, implement state management, and ensure seamless user interactions.
• Work with RESTful APIs to integrate frontend with backend services.
• Collaborate with designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Support backend development using PHP (Laravel/Lumen) when needed, ensuring smooth API integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend and API-related issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development.

Basic Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on React.js.
• Proficiency in modern React (hooks, context, functional components, Redux/Zustand, etc.).
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (preferred), and frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
• Familiarity with MongoDB and data handling in frontend applications.
• Basic knowledge of PHP (Laravel/Lumen) for backend support and API development.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Git and frontend performance optimization.
• Good understanding of CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap) and UI libraries (MUI, Ant Design, etc.).

Bonus Skills:

• Experience working with AG Grid for complex data visualization.
• Familiarity with Work OS automation and API customization.
