Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Python development experience.
• Hands-on React development experience.
• Experience developing for Kubernetes and with cloud vendors (AWS preferred).
• Active use of AI tools in development and understanding of AI SDLC approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain existing solutions; consolidate them into one coherent system rather than a pile of scripts.

To ensure smooth and efficient operations, we’ve built an internal ecosystem of 10+ services, including a multifunctional employee portal, digital accounting system, HR analytics platform, merchandise store, and even our own streaming service. We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to optimize existing solutions and implement several new ones. This role offers the opportunity to work with both in-house developed tools and top market solutions. You’ll be actively involved in architectural decisions and have the ability to influence both the technical and product development of our internal systems.
