IonIdea Inc. is seeking a capable full-stack developer to join our team working with React on the frontend and Python/FastAPI on the backend. You will translate BRD/functional requirements into technical designs and build modular, reusable components and services.

You will own modules, implement business rules, secure authentication, and write tests while collaborating with PM, QA, and stakeholders to ensure quality releases. Gen AI tooling will be leveraged to accelerate project delivery.

React: 3+ years; Python backend: 2+ years

• Develop responsive web application modules using React + FastAPI.
• Convert BRD/functional requirements into technical implementation.
• Develop reusable frontend components and backend services.
• Implement business rules and validations.
• Develop REST APIs and integrate frontend/backend components.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization and follow secure coding practices.
• Write unit/integration tests; troubleshoot QA/UAT defects and support

performance/security hardening.

• Take ownership of assigned modules, estimate tasks and troubleshoot production/UAT

issues.

Technical Skills

• React.js, JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5 / CSS3
