Job summary

Cisco is seeking a software engineer to maintain services in a FedRAMP-compliant environment in Boulder, CO. This role requires U.S. citizenship and may involve work restricted to U.S.

soil. You will help deploy and manage large-scale cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, Azure, and GovCloud, building self-service tooling for internal teams. You’ll participate in on-call rotations, monitor production systems, and contribute to AI-powered tooling to automate configuration changes and improve

Qualifications

• Master's or higher in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Programming experience in Go, Python, or Ruby.
• Hands-on cloud infrastructure experience across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Familiarity with IaC/CaC tooling like Terraform/Ansible/Puppet/CloudFormation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain services in a FedRAMP-compliant environment.
• Architect self-service developer tooling for internal teams.
• Deploy and monitor production systems across multi-cloud environments.
• Participate in on-call rotations and resolve complex incidents.
