Job summary

Themesoft Inc is hiring a full-time software engineer to develop enterprise APIs and web applications, leveraging Python, NodeJS, AWS, and NLP/ML techniques. You will participate in an Agile Scrum environment, lead engineering efforts, and contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a proven track record in building scalable cloud-based solutions with RESTful services and modern

Qualifications

Job Location: Available at 3 Locations - Burlington, MA or Durham, NC or Irving, TX.

Employment Type: Full-time Role.

Primary Skills: NodeJS/Python, AWS Cloud, REST APIs, NLP & Search ML.

Experience: 3 - 5 years.

Job Description: 3+ years full stack software development experience building enterprise APIs and web applications including Python, AI, SQL, NodeJS, AWS, NLP & Search ML.

• Leadership experience to guide, encourage, and motivate your fellow engineers.
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum development environment.
• Experience with web services - JSON, REST, SOAP, etc.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS cloud deployment/application management.
• Experience with unit testing and test automation libraries/strategies.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve engineering productivity and code quality
• Experience building and deploying applications using continuous integration pipelines and automated deployment tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience using source control and pull requests for collaborative development in code repository tools such as GitHub.
• Strong communications and problem-solving skills
