Job summary

The Data Scientist role at Themesoft Inc. is based in the United States with multiple location options: Burlington, MA, Durham, NC, or Irving, TX.

You will lead AI/ML initiatives—building and deploying models, RAG systems, and agentic workflows—while collaborating with teams on the full ML lifecycle from data gathering to governance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Angular, Typescript, NgRx, RxJs, AI/ML, Python.
• Hands on latest Angular version 16+ with Standalone components, Signals/change detection.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, MLOps, and AI/ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, AWS Sagemaker).
• Knowledge of unit testing with Jest, Playwright.
• Experience building predictive ML models, recommender systems, ranking models, and prescriptive optimization.
• Expertise across the AI/ML lifecycle: experimentation, deployment, monitoring, governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions across GenAI and RAG pipelines.
• Build predictive models, recommender and ranking systems, and optimization tools.
• Governance, monitoring, and evaluation of ML models post-deployment.
• Collaborate on end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle from data to production.

• Experience: 6 - 9 years
• Job Description:
  • Experience with primary skills as Angular, Typescript, NgRx, RxJs, AI, ML, Python.
  • Hands on latest Angular version 16+ with Standalone components, Signals/change detection, Reactive Forms, PrimeNG, Angular Material, Ag-Grid and State Management.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, MLOps, and modern AI/ML development frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, AWS Sagemaker, etc.)
  • Knowledge of unit testing frameworks through Jest, Playwright.
  • Strong hands-on experience building predictive machine learning models, recommender systems, ranking models, and prescriptive optimization models
  • Expertise across the AI/ML lifecycle, including experimentation, A/B testing, feature engineering, model development, deployment, monitoring, measurement, and governance
  • Experience evaluating, deploying, and governing GenAI solutions, including RAG, knowledge retrieval, agentic AI workflows, LLM Finetuning, LLM evaluation frameworks.
