Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in California for the full academic year. Two full-time openings offer collaboration with educators, students, and specialists to unlock each learner's communication potential.

Active CA SLPA license and interest in school-based services are required. Responsibilities include direct therapy under supervision, data collection, progress documentation, and participation in district meetings.

Qualifications

• Active California SLPA license required.
• Experience or interest in school-based speech-language services.
• Ability to collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and related staff.
• Familiarity with therapy plans and data collection.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy to students under supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Implement individual and small group speech-language interventions.
• Support assessment processes by preparing materials and assisting with screenings.
• Maintain accurate records on student progress and session outcomes; communicate with supervising SLPs.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and continuing education.
