Management & Training Corporation is seeking a full-time counselor to develop and implement a professional counseling program for Los Angeles Job Corps Center students. You will coordinate assessments, maintain student files, and provide individual and group counseling in line with government and center directives.

Responsibilities include progress evaluation, referrals to related programs, and preparing required reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree including coursework in social services and at least 1 year counseling experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience with youth.
• Proficient with computers and basic software used for case notes and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and implement counseling programs for assigned students.
• Maintain individual student folders and prepare reports.
• Provide direct counseling support and refer to other program areas as needed.
• Document progress and case notes accurately across systems.
