Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
• High school diploma or the equivalent preferred, but experience may substitute for education.
• Prefer experience in preparation and maintenance of food services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Must be physically able to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepares 3 nutritious, balanced meals and 3 snacks daily per USDA standards.
• Prepares special meals as prescribed by physician.
• Assists in ordering supplies weekly with supervisor.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness per USDA standards and food safety regulations.
• Accepts feedback from Supervisors and follows schedule changes.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager/Director of Food Services.
