Job summary

High Associates, part of High Companies, is seeking Landscape Technicians to maintain the landscaping and grounds, creating a pleasant outdoor environment for our property teams and tenants in Lancaster, PA. This is a Full-Time, year-round role.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm. Duties include mowing, edging, mulching, trimming, pruning, watering, and debris removal; operate equipment; assist with snow/ice removal as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid PA driver’s license required.
• Grounds maintenance/landscaping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Complete all grounds maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Operate and maintain equipment.
• Edging, mulching, trimming, pruning, mowing, watering, weeding, and leaf cleanup.
• Assist with snow/ice removal as required.

Landscape Technicians

High Associates is searching for Landscape Technicians to join the property services team. The successful candidate(s) will provide a pleasant outdoor environment by maintaining the overall appearance of the landscaping and grounds.

This is a Full-Time (year-round) position from Monday- Friday 6:30am- 3:00pm. Must be available to work this schedule (days and hours).

Responsibilities

• Completing all grounds maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Operating and maintaining equipment.
• Expanding identification of plants and weeds.
• Edging, mulching, trimming, pruning, mowing, watering, weeding, and leaf clean-up.
• Assisting with snow/ice removal, as required. This will include Saturday & Sundays when it snows on those days.
• Safely using company vehicles and equipment by adhering to company standards.
• Abiding by all company and safety policies and procedures.

Our next co-worker will possess the following work and educational requirements:

• Valid PA driver's license is required!
• High School Diploma or GED, required
• Previous grounds maintenance/landscaping experience, preferred but not required
• The ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service
