Job summary

Korzen Health & Healogics in Sewell, NJ is seeking a Full-Time Wound Care Physician to join our team in collaboration with Kennedy University Hospital – Washington Township. This role emphasizes hands-on, procedure-focused medicine with a predictable Monday–Friday schedule.

The successful candidate will perform wound evaluations, debridement, and advanced therapies, with comprehensive training provided and collaborative support from a specialist wound care team.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active medical license (NJ)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active New Jersey medical license
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Comfortable performing procedures
• Wound care experience preferred but not required
• Procedural background is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Interest in developing or expanding expertise in wound care

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive wound evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Diagnose and manage complex and non-healing wounds
• Perform sharp debridement and other advanced wound care procedures
• Treat diabetic wounds, pressure injuries, venous ulcers, arterial wounds
• Evaluate patients for advanced wound therapies, including hyperbaric oxygen therapy when appropriate
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other physicians, nursing staff, and healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families regarding wound treatment and prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Korzen Health & Healogics are seeking a Full-Time Wound Care Physician to join our team in collaboration with Kennedy University Hospital – Washington Township in Sewell, NJ.

Your Role

As a Wound Care Physician, you will provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for patients with acute, chronic, and complex wounds.
