Korzen Health & Healogics is seeking a Full-Time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to join Kennedy University Hospital – Washington Township in Sewell, NJ. This outpatient wound care role emphasizes hands-on patient care with a supportive clinical team.

You’ll perform comprehensive wound assessments, develop treatment plans, and conduct wound-related procedures, with paid wound care and hyperbaric training included. Schedule is Monday–Friday with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey NP license.
• Board Certification or eligibility as an NP.
• Strong wound assessment and decision-making skills.
• Comfort with performing procedures; debridement a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Evaluate and manage complex and non-healing wounds.
• Perform wound-related procedures such as debridement.
• Treat diabetic wounds, pressure injuries, venous/arterial ulcers, and other chronic wounds.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families regarding wound care and prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Korzen Health & Healogics are seeking a Full-Time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team in collaboration with Kennedy University Hospital – Washington Township in Sewell, NJ.

Your Role

As a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for patients with acute and chronic wounds.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate and manage complex and non-healing wounds
• Perform sharp debridement and other wound-related procedures
• Treat diabetic wounds, pressure injuries, venous ulcers, arterial wounds, and other chronic wounds
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families regarding wound care and prevention
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

What We're Looking For

• Nurse Practitioner with an active New Jersey license
• Board Certified / Board Eligible
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Comfortable performing procedures
• Wound care experience is preferred, but not required
• Procedural experience such as debridement, suturing, or incision and drainage is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
