Do it Best Group is hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Team Member for the Wilkes-Barre, PA facility. Shift is 1st, Monday–Friday, starting times 6:00am or 10:00am. Earn up to $23.93/hr with quarterly bonuses and weekly pay; benefits include healthcare and retirement contributions.

Training provided for powered equipment. Responsibilities include order filling, shipping, receiving, and stocking; candidates must lift 40–45 lbs repeatedly and up to 80–100 lbs occasionally, with ability to work

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in Distribution, Warehouse, or similar.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 40-45 lbs and occasionally up to 80-100 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, and perform tasks at various elevations.

Responsibilities

• Fill orders, ship, receive, and stock items.
• Operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and pallet jacks after training.
• Support multiple logistics and product fulfillment tasks.
